Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By proceeding to pay a deposit/booking fee you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Pricing:

All pricing is exclusive of a blow-dry (unless that is what you have specifically booked for). EVA will provide adequate information on how the hair should be prepared prior to (on the day) styling. If this is not adhered to, the client will be charged for an additional blow-dry. All pricing is subject to change unless a final quote has been given, the booking fee has been paid and the contract has been signed. 

Bridal Trials:

Trials are held at my private home studio in Kangaroo Point, Sydney. Trial costs are included in your package. Trials are held Monday – Thursday 9am - 4:30pm. Weekends may be available upon special request and pending availability. Trials cover one look, your dream wedding hair and/or makeup. If you would like to cover two looks this will be an additional charge.

Booking Deposit:

To secure your wedding date, a $500 booking fee is due at the time of signing these terms. Your booking fee will be deducted from the final balance. 

All bookings fees are strictly non-refundable or non-transferable regardless of the reason given. The booking fee is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking. In the unlikely event that EVA is unable to attend the clients booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, EVA will endeavour to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. The client will receive a full refund of the money paid, less services provided.

Booking Numbers: 

Please consider and confirm your numbers carefully at the time of booking, as EVA does not offer any reductions in our packages. This includes but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures. Additional services can be booked in at any time pending availability of stylist.

Early call time:

If the call time starts prior to 6am a $100 fee will be charged for every hour prior to 6am.

Assistant Fee:

For bridal parties of 7 people or more an assistant fee is charged at $300 plus travel fees. 

Minimum add on fee: 

There is a minimum booking fee of $1000 for bridal bookings. When the total cost of services doesn’t reach the minimum booking fee, the gap is then charged. This can be used as a credit for other styling services. 

Exclusivity clause:

The client agrees that EVA has the sole and exclusive right to provide hair and or makeup styling to the bride and her bridesmaids on the wedding day in line with the selected package. 

Satisfaction: 

Client satisfaction is of upmost importance however may not exceed allotted timeslot. Verbal agreeance is thereby confirming the client is happy with the services performed. If the client is unhappy with the styling provided, they must raise their concern whilst EVA is still on location and it will be rectified. Any additional services outside of the wedding day schedule will be at the discretion of the stylist.

Cancelation policy:

rials – cancelling or rescheduling of trials requires 48 hours’ notice. 
Wedding Date – Cancelling of weddings requires 120 days’ notice. Failure to notify EVA prior to 120 days, will result in payment being due in full. Failure to pay the full balance due will result in a final letter of demand which will be emailed to the address supplied. If after seven days of the letter being sent, full payment has not been made, EVA will pursue legal action to retrieve those funds. All legal fees will be at the expense of the client. All bookings fees are strictly non-refundable or non-transferable regardless of the reason given. The booking fee is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking. 

In the unlikely event that EVA is unable to attend the clients booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, the artist will endeavour to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. The client will receive a full refund of the money paid, less the trial cost.

Reschedule/Postponements:

If you choose to reschedule or postpone your wedding, you will be subject to new pricing. 

COVID 19:

Enforced cancellations due to government regulations (lockdown) will result in the bride receiving a full refund minus the booking fee. The booking fee will be credited to a future date. If EVA is unavailable for the new date, then the booking fee is forfeited as the booking fee is non-refundable. 

Location requirements:

Getting ready location is at the discretion of the bride however, there are certain requirements the stylist needs to complete services. Working electrical outlets must be available for use by the stylist. A work area with table and chairs as well as ample lighting (natural or artificial) is also necessary for services to be performed properly.

Parking:

Parking at the getting ready location must be provided for any artist booked. The client agrees to cover the stylist’s parking costs. If this is at a hotel, this can be billed to the room and is an additional cost and NOT included in the package.

Travel fees:

Travel fees are included in the packages for the locations stated on EVA website under the package name. Locations further than this will be charged an additional travel fee. Travel fee is calculated at $100 per hour to and from the wedding destination per artist. Venues further than a 2-hour drive from Sydney may require private accommodation will be charged at $250 per artist per night. 

PAYMENT:  

The final balance is due 14 days before the event as one payment, no exceptions. The person responsible for the entire bill is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Payment can be paid via the invoice provided in a lump sum- periodic payments not accepted. No third-party payments are accepted

Liability:

By signing this contract, the client removes the hairstylist/makeup artist from any personal responsibility if there should be any damages incurred to the client and/or bridesmaids or any other party member due to sensitivity or allergic reaction from products used during services 

Hired Items:

Any hired items such as extensions or hair pieces must be returned within 5 days of your event date. If returned later than 5 business days extra fees will be deducted from your bond.
